At Darting.com you are a Priority. We ship all of our orders Priority Mail except for bulky or very heavy items. These products are shipped by UPS or FedEx at our discretion.
 
Domestic Shipping FAQs
- Military Orders: We DO ship to APO-AE's and FPO-AE's
- We use the USPS for most shipping.
- Standard orders are processed within 24-48 hours if items are in our inventory. (not including holidays or week-ends), pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via standard delivery should arrive in 3 to 5 business days from day product was shipped.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and Rural Routes.
- All game tables include curbside shipping within the continental U.S (the lower 48 states) included in the purchase price.
- Deliveries for game tables to locations in Hawaii and Alaska can be obtained for an additional delivery charge. Please contact us for a freight quote prior to placing your order.
- The delivery person requires your assistance in unloading your table and leaves the table at the curbside.
- Any additional services, such as two-man delivery, inside delivery, lift-gate trucks, or pallet jacks are not included in the price of the table.
International Shipping
Darting.com accepts and ships International Orders-Please Contact Us For All Orders
- All prices are given in U.S. Funds.
- We accept bank wires or Western Union wires for payment.
- Product will not be shipped until payment is received.
- Sorry No COD’s
- We ship with UPS, US Postal Service, and FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value, and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels.
- International orders must be a minimum product order of $500US.
- Discounts may be available for larger orders please email or call us for specifics.
- All shipments are F.O.B.
- Customer is responsible for all duties, tariffs, custom fees, etc.
- All orders need to be placed on our website with a P.O. at checkout.
Flat Rate Shipping
Some exclusions may apply such as one piece pool cues, some dartboards and select dartboard cabinets. Does not include shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
Pool and Game Tables
All Pool and Game Tables are palletized and shipped LTL (less than truckload). The Free Shipping is "Back of truck" service. The freight company will always call you (customer) to set an appointment for delivery. For this basic service, you (customer) will have to make arrangements to actually get the table off the back of the truck yourself. The Free Shipping is limited to the lower 48 states, sorry.
For a $75 additional fee, Darting.com makes “Inside Delivery” available. Inside delivery is into a covered area at the truck driver's discretion. They driver’s are not required to do any stairs.
