I have been asked lately how to avoid wobbly darts. I hate to tell you this, but the problem is probably not the darts. It might be time to examine your throw. Make sure that the dart stays as close to level as possible during the stroke. The dart will only be unsteady if the it leaves your hand pointing somewhere other the target. To avoid wobble all together, hold the dart extremely level and keep it in that position during the entire stroke. Follow thorugh straight to the dartboard with your hand, so that the darts stays level. If it leaves your hand level, it won't have a wobble to start with.
